new jacket

here is the new jacket seb got me... It's hairy!!!!! I had thought about getting one for a few weeks but i couldn't make myself buy it!!! seb did! i swear i didn't kill any animals for that!

ER

we went to the emergency room on monday morning at 7am because Jules was still sicks and had a fever... he's ok now , his ear was infected... Poor thing!

Work is going ok, i like the kids i work with, the teachers are nice too so it's working out but i can't wait to feel better and start doing things again. I actually wrote a book for Jules this weekend and i have decided i would write Jules' adventures... I know i'm crazy! But going back to work forced me to read children's books... so... The first episode is called: Jules wants to be King... it's cute!

baby's sick

My whole family is sick... seb and i had a tracheobronchitis (i don't know how you say it i found this translation on the internet...) and Jules has a bronchiolitis... It sucks! he'll turn 5 (months old) tomorrow... wow!! I wish he wasn't sick though... i haven't had time or the energy to send you messages lately but i'll try to do better when i feel better. I hope you're ok! I had a dream about you last night, it made me miss you more!! love ya!

Just a few words to tell you that french people are quite excited about your new president... The first black president! Unbelievable! Let's hope he'll put an end to the war in Irak, help us all protect our planet, and let's hope he'll be a great president!!!

awake at 4am

boy having a baby is hard sometimes, Jules woke me up at 4 am today, he managed to go back to sleep and woke up again at 7 but i had a hard time going back to sleep so i'll probably be cranky today... i'm glad you like his book i had it made online, i couln't make it myself it's too complicated!

i don't use facebook much but i am now friends with Caroline, Jennifer Hale Cook, and Jennifer Boyd (hi Jennifer!) she says she checks out your blog sometimes. And it's good to hear from everyone. Justin told me there is a myspace page for our class of 99 ? i'd like to check it out...let me know the address!

baby's book

here is a book i had made for Jules and we got it today!!it's got pictures of him, seb, my parents, seb's parents, our cat... That way he can see us when we're apart! I don't think he understands the concepts right now but i'm pretty sure he'll appreciate it at some point!

off work

i went to the doctor today because Jules and i are sick... We'll be ok but we need to rest. What's cool is i don't have to work! yeah! i hope you're doing better than we are...

snowing

it's snowing around here!!! it's beautiful and i don't have to work today!!But i'm sick i caught a cold i think... I'm going to take Jules to his nanny's so he doesn't catch it too and that way i'll be able to take a nap...

back to school

today was my first day back to school and Jules first day with his nanny... We're both alive, and exhausted. i'm about to fall asleep and he went to bed at 6:30pm... i missed him and wish i could have spent more time with him tonight, look how cute he his!

coolest eye

Guess what i did today? i changed my couch cover (seb bought me a black one at Ikea for x-mas) and we bought new curtains this afternoon, so my living room is different now, i like it! don't tell Seb but i plan on buying pink, green, yellow cushions during the spring so it looks colorful (you're right i'm a colorful girl!!!) i'll take pictures and show you tomorrow. Until then here is a picture of the coolest eye: (it's Jules' face you can see in it, isn't it great?)

happy New Year!

I felt blue yesterday but 2009 will be great i can tell!!! Seb and i didn't celebrate new year's last night because we wanted Jules to sleep in his room and ALL NIGHT! So he went to bed at 7:30pm and we let him cry for 50 minutes (i think my poor heart was bleeding at some point!!!) and he fell asleep...He woke up at 2 am and cried for 50 more minutes...I wanted to feed him but i knew all he needed was to go back to sleep which he finally did...And he woke up at 6:45 am. I was so excited. I'm pretty sure he'll sleep through the night soon, it's awesome. He's a big boy, he didn't eat for 12 hours!!!! i'm really proud of him!!!(you can tell huh?)

Anyways, i just wanted to share with you... What did you do last night???
