going to my parents'

my winter break started yesterday!! YAY! i haven't been able to sleep much because of Jules (he had a fever because of a shot he had on friday evening) but i'm excited... he and i are going to my parents for a week. We're going to fly there... I'm a bit worried but i can't wait! Seb has to work, i wish he could have come too but he can't... I hope you're ok, i've been trying to change the way your blog looks (you know the background) but i can't seem to make it work so i'll do it later... I need to take a shower before Jules wakes up! here is a video of Jules eating solid food... You can't understand but seb complains about the fact that i can't put the spoon in his mouth, i complain about him not being able to put on the bib (i think that's how you call it and it's funny because in french bib is the way we say baby bottle...)

anyways,we argue a bit but it's cute!

typical sunday

just a typical sunday here...i made waffles for breakfast (i usually make pancakes, seb loves them). Jules went to bed at 8:45 pm last night so i got to sleep til 7:30am today wow!!!! how cool!!!! i prepared things for my class: tomorrow i'm taking my fish to school and we're going to learn everything about fish...(songs, books...) we'll also create a book because i read them a story about a white fish who's looking for his mom and we decided we'd write a book about a white lion who's looking for his!!! it should be cute i'll show you the book when we're done!

Vinciane may come and visit this afternoon so i better clean the mess in my apartment otherwise she'll think there was an explosion around here! Other than that, nothing new... tell me about your weekend!

Jules and his pig!!!

here is Jules playing with his pig... It's sooo soft, seb and i always love the gifts you send because they're always really soft and we can't seem to find anything like this around here! I loved my chocolats...thanks!!! Jules keeps trying different things to eat: mashed beans, mashed leek, mashed pumpkin! seb is getting really good at the mashed thing!!!!

Nothing really new around here... except Jules eats solid food once a day now!! what a big boy!! It's been raining a lot here... it sucks because the kids at school can't go outside so they're all excited... I took the kids in my class running in the hall today so they'd have fun for a few minutes and one of them hit a piece of furniture and cried for 10 minutes... Poor thing... i felt bad but the 20 others loved it so... i guess i have to accept the fact that casualties are part of the game!!
